SMOKY PECAN GRILLED PORK CHOPS
Ingredients
5-6 bone-in pork chops
1 Tbsp. Smoky Pecan Rub & Seasoning
2-3 Tbsp. Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chops from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. Season both sides of room temperature chops with Smoky Pecan Rub & Seasoning. Place pork chops on grill and cook about 15-25 minutes depending on thickness. In the last few minutes of cooking brush with Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce. Temperature should reach 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Add additional sauce if so desired.
